Earth Day Festival

April 22nd

Blessing by Susana Almanza

Susana Almanza and Daniel Llanes lead us in a traditional blessing. In our Mexica, traditional ways, they honor the four directions and the elements they represent. The four directions of the earth are east, west, north and south. The four directions represent the sun, air, water and earth. The four directions represent our elders, our youth, females and males. We honor the four directions that represents the sacredness of life. Please come out to the Earth Day Festival for this blessing and other fun events.
