As we transition into the school year, Mariposas’ top priority is keeping la comunidad safe. We have developed a strict protocol for student and teacher interactions based on CDC and local health department recommendations. To view see a brief overview of our protocol, please click here.
In-person classes are currently held outdoors under a covered area.
Join our outdoor classroom in octubre!
On the last four Saturdays of October, we will be hosting an outdoor class at Mariposas HQ in Central Austin. Celebrate otoño (Fall) with us through games, story time, songs and engaging lessons on noche de brujas (10/24) and Día de los muertos (10/31).
$20/Drop In or $70/for all four!
- – No refunds/transfers will be offered.
- – A $5 convenience fee is added to all online tuition. (To avoid the fee, payment can be made by check. Email us for details.)
- – Bring a water bottle & blanket to sit on.
- – Because this is an outdoor class, there are no restrooms available.
- – Plenty of sanitizer will be available.
- – There will be temperature checks prior to class.
- – Adults are required to wear masks.
Homeschooling & Pod Learning
For families planning on homeschooling or participating in pod learning groups, our maestras can come to you! Private student groups can be organized by you. Groups can be 5 to 8 children. Scheduling is flexible: length, days, and frequency can all be customized to meet your group’s needs.
